How to request account deletion

    Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Montigo"

    Include the following information so we can find your account quickly:

    • Full name (as registered in the app)
    • Email address used for login
    • School name
    • Which app you used (Crew or Parent)

What happens when you delete your account

๐Ÿ—‘ Permanently deleted within 30 days

  • Your account credentials (name, email, phone)
  • Your profile information and avatar
  • App activity logs associated with your account
  • Push notification tokens

๐Ÿ“ Retained for legal & child-safety compliance

  • Historical attendance records (kept for 3 years for school audit)
  • Trip pickup/drop-off records, anonymized after 30 days (timestamps retained for safety)
  • Location data from completed trips, anonymized after 30 days
  • Messages you sent that other accounts received (their copy stays in their inbox until they also delete)

We process deletion requests within 7 business days and send a confirmation email when it's done.
